I was very pleased with the great customer service and professionalism provided by the staff, especially Tiffany. My husband entrusted the services of Hines during the death if his mother. They were very fair and reasonably priced. They did not try to take advantage of the situation. When we discovered a small area on my mother-in-Iaw's face that did not look right, Tiffany made sure it was quickly corrected.. I would most definately use them again.
