I have never seen a doctor care for their patients like Dr. Helen. The wait time can be long sometimes but it is because she cares about each patient and wants to give them optimal care and attention. Dr Helen was traveling in the past few years, advancing her education and her clinic was being managed by other providers. Now that she has returned, her plan is to make her practice even better than before.. I am a NP student that will be working with Dr. Helen in the near future. If you have had a bad experience whether with staff, long wait times or didn’t like the appearance of the clinic, be patient because she is in the process of improving everything about that practice from top to bottom.
