When I called the staff assisted me & addressed my questions & concerns. I was told when my visa will be mailed and the staff was very nice & friendly. I got my visa on time in order to make my trip. I was having trouble with visa processing online due to issues with appt booking and traveled to Atlanta strictly for an appt to expedite. Unfortunately the Consulate and third party processing company would not assist. The reps at Nigerian Passport Service happened to be present working with other clients and heard my situation. They helped me expedite everything without the need for another trip and even coordinated to ensure ppwk was in place in time for flight . Always responsive on status and reliable on updates of status. I appreciate all of the work they did and will refer if anyone I know needs assistance as they made the process easy and seamless.
