I've been with State Farm for 20 years and I can say that this office really acts "like a good neighbor." ☺ The systems were down for a while and it was frustrating bc I had to keep trying to over and over to make a payment. I worked with Caleb who was very professional. He was patient, responsive, and offered guidance during the shutdown. In these days where insurance companies are so competitive minded it's hard to find this type of service where a customer really feels taken care of. And my overall experience with the office before this was no less. Thanks everyone and as long as I'm in the area this is my Agent! ?
