(September 21, 2019, 12:46 pm)Very friendly, knowledgeable employees. I felt welcomed the second I stepped inside. The layout is open and airy. The selection is vast, and there’s a lot of items for non-pilots.
I was looking for something in particular which was not on the showroom floor, and the employee took it upon herself to rush to the back to see if they had it in stock. When she returned, she let me know that they didn’t have it in stock, but gave me the exact date when they would have it in stock, and asked if I wanted them to contact me at that time. That’s great service.
(June 3, 2019, 3:00 pm)Always a pleasure to shop here. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Today I went in just looking for a new bag to carry my flight gear and the gentleman that helped me was super friendly and took the time to help me make my selection.
