He told me that I only had a scratch and a few mini scratches from pebbles hitting my windshield. He told me that it would not ever be a problem. I asked what was the charge and he stated , none. In this day and age I could really appreciate the honesty. He took time to come to my home and because there wasn't a real problem to be fixed, there was no charge. I will never use another tire shop again. The only reason I went to another shop was because I had to get to work and cici's was busy that day. “Great service, communication, and professionalism! We had a nightmare of a day where our car wouldn’t start and AAA cancelled our roadside assistance several times. Once we finally jumped it, they were the only repair shop to agree to run diagnostics on it the same day even though they were incredibly busy. They were able to diagnose an issue but allowed our car to be kept there overnight to observe in the morning. They were very courteous and very clear and coherent in their explanations on the issues, which is hard to come by in mechanics. 10/10 would recommend over other repair shops or even AAA”

“My tire pressure light came back on at 10:30pm, a day after putting air in it. I was told I may need to get it plugged. I called around and got no help from anyone. One place actually told they’re 24/7, but they weren’t gonna bother with my needs. I called Josh who gave me the number to the shop. I pulled up. And by the time I came back from the gas station atm, right next door, my tire was plugged and back on my car. I never caught the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was so pleasant, efficient and professional. Will be going back.”

“Mark Duncan is honest and skilled mechanic. I have nothing but high praise for his skill set, ethics and fair pricing. When other con artists and rip off schemers told me I needed an engine, I took it to Mark and he said let me see, because that doesn't sound correct. He checked it out and fixed it for a price so incredibly reasonable I thought he was joking. He can be difficult to reach by phone but that's because he stays so busy, but it is well worth your trip to drop your car off at his humble little garage. Because if its repairable you will be glad you placed your vehicle in the hands of skilled and honest man.”
