“I have just finished booking a tour of the Grand Canyon with a wonderfully helpful person, Julia. The phone call came about because I had had trouble with an internet reservation. The call back was a pleasant surprise. Our first bookings with Alcatraz were to Alcatraz Island and then a wine tour out of San Francisco. We had never been on planned tours before and were surprised at how much we enjoyed them. The drivers were fun and really knew the stories and we saw much more than if we had gone on our own. “Stayed at BCA while my husband was in Piedmont Hospital. Very easy drive to the hospital. Staff was easily contacted when I had a question along with quickly bringing me change when I needed it for the washer and dryer on the premises. These apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by a beautiful landscape not to mention the great smelling hair products and body was provided. I enjoyed my stay here and only wished they were not fully booked when I wanted to extend my stay due to my husband’s prolonged time in the hospital”

“We took the 30 minute Downtown Atlanta and Buckhead tour. The helicopter felt sturdy. There was a little wind but nothing that made me feel like the helicopter was getting tossed around. Our pilot was Cody and he flew the helicopter with ease. My husband is 290 pounds and I am 130 pounds and we both sat in the back of the helicopter with no space or weight issues. I am 5'6" and my husband is 5'11". I believe each person cannot be over 300 pounds. The views were awesome. During our flight Cody pointed out the Ponce City Market that has a rooftop restaurant (9 mile) where you can see the sunset. We ended up having dinner there and it was a fabulous experience.”

“Once again, I was whisked away to the nostalgia of my youth, where pretty little carhops on roller skates would come and bring you your meal. Alas, no such thing here in this world, at least, not that I know of, but you can get pretty dang close to it at Checkers. Built like the old timey wimey burger joints of the fifties and early sixties, before places like McDonald's and Burger King pretty much drove them out of business, the people are simply wonderful to each and every customer that comes. And the fries. I have to say, if you get nothing else, you have to get the fries. Anyway, I give the one in La Verne right off of Murfreesboro Road TWELVE thumbs up, if I had that many hands🤣🤣🤣 ANYWAY! Take your family, take your friends, take your love, heck, take YOURSELF, and give yourself a treat. You deserve it. And tell them ole Triple D and Uncle Lee sent ya, you hear?💖”
