Serenbe Yoga + Bodyworks

Heather (the studio owner) is absolutely incredible. I got a 3 class pass to use over a few day stay in Serenbe. I signed up for an aerial yoga class — I have ZERO experience doing aerial yoga — and Heather was so incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging as were the other attendees. My friend and I went to Heather’s night time restorative yoga class and it was absolutely magical and indeed so restorative. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with this yoga studio and can’t wait to come back for goat yoga!

Had 3 classes in 3 days over a long weekend R&R visit. Cannot say enough good things. I’m a certified yoga teacher part-time, and it’s always fun to experience other places. Very conscientious and kind studio, and yet the classes are tough love — LOL. Which I needed. Highly recommend!

My girls and I had a wonderful weekend at Serenbe but the highlight that weekend had to be GOAT YOGA! Heather and Stevie were fantastic! We laughed so much but were also amazed at what they helped us feel comfortable accomplishing! Such a cool experience! Definitely recommend!

Super fun aerial yoga class and Heather went out of her way to ensure that our girls trip could have a private yoga session to accommodate everyone in the group. Highly recommend!

I attended the Candlelit Yin Restorative class this past Saturday and it was simply amazing. I had never done Yin before and can't wait to do it again. Heather hosted a truly relaxing experience with gentle adjustments. I also had the opportunity to observe Goat Yoga as well and I will totally be trying that some time soon!
