(November 12, 2019, 2:06 pm)The were very professional and took the time to listen my issue. We were right down the road so they didn't even charge me any extra trip fee. They kept me in the loop thru the whole process. They tell you the fees upfront, but you have to pay attention or you will miss it and ask later what is this for.
For example: if the labor rate is $118 an hr and the dispatch and only use 1 hr you will still be charged for 1.5 hrs. It is printed on their estimate sheet and you won't notice it unless you pay attention and read it that it says clearly minimum road call is 1.5 hrs. So you just have to pay attention to details to notice things like this with any shop. Lots of places do the same thing.
