“Completely understaffed. When they're there, there very friendly and cordial. But Target has the same person running both the Starbucks and the Target cafe' which is not in the same place. The girl had to run back and forth. But again, she was friendly and efficient when she was there. Obviously, the experience is not her fault, and the fault lies solely with Target. At least they take Starbuck gift cards.”
