The employees are friendly and helpful. They transitioned from having to check in at the gate and then visiting a receiving office to having it all done at the gate. It may seem longer, because the time at the gate is longer,, but they actually reduced a step.

1/17/21 Both times I have come here (roughly a month apart) have had a good experience. Easily checked in at guard shack, park your rig, and check in at shipping and receiving. First visit I was a drop and hook. The second visit I was a live load. I was able to arrive roughly eight hours early for my second appointment. It was super late at night so thankfully they allow parking on their premises. It is so very peaceful to sleep there. Checked in the next morning, loaded, and paperwork ready in roughly one hour. Reparked the rig and went back to sleep to complete my 10 hour break. 👍🏼👍🏼
