I had to bring my baby in because she had a really bad ear infection. My nurse was Alexis, and omg the service was wonderful. She took great care of my fur baby. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything so perfect. Thank you for such spectacular service!!

Had a great experience. They worked with my schedule and got me in and out quickly. Very kind and welcoming staff. I could tell everyone there loves animals. Took my new cat in and the price of vet care was very reasonable. Already made another appointment for my dog's checkup.

Today was my first visit to this facility, but Bailey’s. It was an awesome experience. The check-in and out process was quick and efficient. Christina, was amazing with him and me. She patiently answered ALL of my questions with great alternatives to better ways to manage my new puppy and he showed no sign of distress or discomfort from shots. Dr. Hyde-Nance had great energy, was also patient, and knowledgeable. Super excited that Bailey has a great care team. Love the customer service and accessibility through texting!

Very friendly and quick service! My newly adopted dog and I were pretty nervous but they got her checked up quickly and explained everything I need to do afterwards. The team is very caring as well and addressed any concerns I had.
