The finished work is beautiful and there were no surprises in terms of cost (and I felt the overall cost was very reasonable). Alan (onsite) and team were flexible and very patient with me, as this was my first time hiring contractors for this kind of work. Shoutout to Frederico who can build literally anything. I would definitely hire them again.
