From the warm invitation to the phone availability even on Saturdays. The Transition through our walk thru, documentation, speed of service, quality customer care from Brandee the assistant community manager; who personally walked us through everything has been great! We love the space huge, quality, and reliable staff. We love it so far it is a peaceful community with a variety of people. Love it so far recommend this community. -V
(March 10, 2020, 9:21 am)Early in my search for an apartment, I figured that Atlantic Aerotropolis would be a fit for me. As a student, location and travel time to school were prime on my list of wants. I originally toured with Nancy (Property Manager), but it was a unit that I particularly didn't want. Thankfully, I kept checking online, and the exact floor plan I wanted with a view of the courtyard became available, which I toured with Brandee (Asst. Property Manager), wbu answered all my questions and did an awesome job of showing me all that Aerotropolis has to offer.
The ease of applying and signing my lease made the process even smoother. This being my first time living in a mid-rise, I was amazed by all the amenities (24-hr fitness center, cyber cafe, pool, even the parking garage ). I currently have no complaints, and would definitely recommend anyone looking to stay within a reasonable distance from the city, and literally across the street from the airport, this is your go to.
(February 6, 2020, 9:15 pm)I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living in my unit. I had such a smooth transition during my relocation with the help of the Aerotropolis staff. The amenities and the events hosted for fellow residents is a plus. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place not too far from the city and accessible to the Hartsfield Airport.
(January 29, 2020, 9:10 pm)I moved in mid July and have had such a great experience from the beginning! When I was first interested in leasing, everyone was super helpful and answered all of the questions and concerns I had right away and with honesty. Since moving in, I’ve loved it! Any issues I’ve had, they have been taken care of within 24 hours. The apartments are very nice and updated, as well as quiet. This is also such an upcoming area and it’s been a perfect distance to all of the local places. I’ve so far lived living here and would recommend it to anyone!!
(January 29, 2020, 10:43 am)I was hesitant visiting the property based on the reviews, however when entering the office the staff was very welcoming and inviting. The property was nice and clean. I noticed the police station is less than a block away, so that added a sense of additional security for me, as I am a single woman who travels all hours. The apartment I viewed was a 1 bedroom facing the courtyard. Absolutely gorgeous! Definitely the place to be!
