This is the best barbecue we've had in some time. The pork shoulder was moist, and tender, as was the brisket. We will definitely return for more.
When I first walked in I was slightly skeptical, the place was empty and when asking questions 2 of the 3 employees seemed to know little to nothing about the place. We ordered a family mean, 1.5 pounds of meat, 2 sides and tea. The brisket was very good, the ribs were super tender and the chicken was just okay. Was not a big fan of the sauce, but personally I never really enjoy too much sauce. I would recommend this place to someone. And will go back
I have been looking for another bbq place to be my new go to. This may be the one. I ordered the brisket mac bowl. The mac and cheese was some of the best i have ever had. The brisket was supper tender and fatty. I also ordered ribs and potato salad. The best i have ever tasted. The ribs were fall of the bone and when dipped with the sauce it was just incredible.I highly recommend this place.
Tender delushious pulled pork and smoked chicken plates. Spicy nc bbq sauce is great alone or mixed with the sweeter one. Collard greens were great, not overly smokey. Macc n cheese was very good but lighter than many I've had so that I was able to eat and enjoy it. Potato salad was thick, yellow and tangy. Pickles minced very very fine but added subtle sweetness. We ordered a large banana pudding for dessert and died happy. The end.
