(March 31, 2022, 11:17 pm)I love it here. Just celebrated our 25th class. My hubby and I wanted a fun place we can work out a few times a week together. It has a mix of cardio which is great and weights oh and of course the bike.
The classes are different each day and the instructors really try to motivate you to push harder. We love Lu, Megan and Christina. They are all great, they rotate some just depending on time you come.
Even a full class gives you plenty of space to breathe and move about.
Super clean. The owners are fabulous and truly care about their clients.
Super convenient and plenty areas to park.

Warm, welcoming people. Great instructors. Upbeat classes, you won’t even realize you’ve been there an hour by the end. Thanks to Twisted Cycle, I’ve made life long friendships, am healthier than I have been in my life. If you’re into: cleanliness, friendliness, community, fun & getting fit- you’ve got to try this place out!

There’s always a fun vibe that gets you motivated right when you walk in.The staff is courteous and accommodating and the gym is not only clean but it’s GORGEOUS! If you’re considering trying it out, they offer ONE FREE WEEK! Stay at home Mom’s or working Mom’s … they offer FREE child care. Jump on the app or call. What have you got to lose???

(October 11, 2021, 12:21 pm)A great space and clean gym! I am so happy I found Twisted Cycle - it’s a team oriented environment and very welcoming. All of the instructors are AWESOME and will work with you to meet your personal fitness goals. I’ve been going regularly for 2 months and I’ve gotten stronger and have so much more energy. I always look forward to taking the class!
