Very pleased with the Chatham company. We needed help to find a home in a 55+ neighborhood for my parents to downsize and and we worked with Don Densmore. He was very professional and was able to cater his communication style when working with my parents directly vs being more detailed with me. He was a great advocate for us and we had a very smooth process from search to showing to negotiation to closing.

We had such a good experience that he is now listing their old home and we have already we seen the difference the Chatham company delivers.
