From creating bespoke pieces, to purchasing a new mate for an earring when one of the pair was lost, to fixing watches, to recommending beautifully unique pieces for special friends, they have served every need. It has been a joy to experience their very friendly, very knowledgeable, and hands-on approach. They have changed the experience of buying jewelry for me. After visiting several other jewelry stores in Roswell for a big two ring project, I met Jamie at Brilliant. I had pictures with me of what I envisioned and described what I had in mind. He listened to every detail, asked me questions and then made some suggestions. He had ideas that had not occurred to me. He was clearly more knowledgeable and detail oriented than the other places I had been. I decided to proceed. I first received what I thought was a very fair estimate. Jamie went on to custom design each ring and we met for each step of the process. He followed up after the meetings with emails confirming what we had decided to do and changes we were going to make. The rings are finished, both are absolutely stunning and fit perfectly. I could not be happier as the whole experience far exceeded my expectations. I will return for cleaning and maintenance just as he has recommended. Best of all, Jamie and Katie are just nice people to work with.
