We have been using Edge Business systems for several years now, and they have been a great partner to the business. Their response time to our service issues has really made a big difference in keeping us up and running. For us, response time is critical and Edge has done a great job.
We have been satisfied partners with Edge Business Systems for more than 3 years. First, we leased our copiers from them. Then, we leased our desk printers from them. Just last year, we added a postage meter to our Edge relationship. Edge's professionalism, flexibility, responsiveness, and top-notch personal customer service are all reasons that we have continued to add more and more Edge products to our office. We rarely have issues with our Edge equipment, but when we do, they are quickly on site to resolve the problem. On top of that, every employee with whom we have come in contact (from salesperson to technician to billing agent) has consistently been very capable and friendly.
