Sammy at Laucks Motors looked at my 2001, Mercedes CLK 430 convertible top and in 5 minutes he knew exactly what do to correct the problem. Sammy came highly recommended from a friend and my friend was 110% correct on recommending him. Don't waste your time contacting anyone else. I will only TRUST Sammy with my Classic Mercedes CLK 430 Convertible.

My husband and I have been taking all the various cars we've both had over the past several decades - several mercedes, Chryslers, mini cooper, Audi - to Lauck for regular servicing and repairs. Allan and the team are great, trustworthy and really care about their customers. Ive also recommended several other people to Lauck and they've all been pleased too.

I have known Sammy, Allan and Mike for over 20 years. They are always professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I had a damaged mirror on my driver side that has computer technology in it because it has blind spot warning, auto dimming etc. there wasn’t much from a labor standpoint but nonetheless Allan picked up new mirror and had it installed in minutes. The point is they treat you the same whether it is a $2 job or a $2000 job. They have serviced multiple Mercedes of mine, now a Genesis that is past warranty. Wouldn’t take it anywhere else other Lauck Motors.

Sammy, Alan and Matt are great. My 1978 450SL and 2010 535 feel loved now. Great communication and quick turnaround on repairs. I've used them for several repairs on the 450SL and oil/brake fluid change on the BMW. Classic car repairs can be expensive due to high cost for replacement parts. However, they let me bring my own parts when I can find them cheaper. Saved me a few hundred dollars on my last repair. Thanks for taking care of us!

HONESTY! Lauck Motors has always been honest with me but today they went above and beyond. I had some work done at the dealer and they quoted me an additional $5500 of "urgent" repairs. Given that Lauck Motors has always been able to beat their price significantly I took my car to them for a second opinion. I even gave them the full dealer quote. Alan called and told me that none of the items on the dealer's list needed to be done. He charged me $40 for their inspection. I was floored!! That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. It is so appreciated and was a positive experience that we don't usually get in our everyday lives.
