Therese from the Mike Price team was a God send. We have moved 3 times previous, and this move was the hardest for us, but Therese made it much better. She helped guide us and kept everything on track. we had some issues happen at the last minute and she stepped in and had them resolved quickly.

I would recommend Therese from the Mike Price team and say if it was not for her. the sale and the move would have been bad. She came through for us and got us top dollar, kept the process moving and had a team behind here that made things work well.

I give Mike and his team 5 stars for sure. Our buyers tried to change the deal at two hours and ask for additional money trying to say they had an "out". They were being unreasonable and difficult to deal with through most of the process. He handled the entire experience with professionalism from start to finish and was able to make it to where us as the sellers kept the full original deal. He was very communicative and his team will assist you every step of the way. I recommend him for any of your real estate needs.

I've had the most wonderful experience with Mike and his team. He is phenomenal! I actually took the time to interview a few realtors to sell my home. I was even sent names from friends of realtors they used. After speaking with several realtors both in person and on the phone, I chose Mike Price! Without a doubt he listened, took notes, and took the time to cater to my needs and wants, instead of his own. I had a price in mind that I wanted to sell my house for...the other realtors were reluctant about the said price and thought it'd be " safer " to list it at a lesser price( for an easy sell). Well, Mike came by my house and without hesitation he gave me a ball park listing price (without me even saying it first), it was right on what I was thinking. I cant tell you how many times Mike has selflessly gone out of his way to be of assistance even on holidays or after normal business hours just to ease my mind and anxiety that comes along with selling your beloved home.
