I totally love this studio!! There is a great variety of classes for all levels. And I always feel better after a yoga practice, than I did heading in. The teachers are all very encouraging and skilled. I would most defintiely recommend!

Loved this studio! I was dropping in from out of town. The studio owner Joanna was so helpful with booking (I needed to switch days last minute). I also loved the ashtanga class with Lillian! It was great to move and try some things I never have before. She gave great modifications and demos. Highly recommend!

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this studio is and how it has deepened my practice in all ways (physically, mentally, spiritually). My strength and flexibility are noticeably improved along with my body awareness. The owner and all of the teachers are truly amazing (extremely knowledgeable with top notch instruction). With such excellent instruction, you will feel the muscles being targeted. Lastly, the fee for unlimited classes is extremely reasonable which allows you to try a wide variety of classes. A beginner or experienced yogi would love it here.
