Susan spent a great deal of time with us, educating, discussing and assisting us in understanding what works best for us and why. Her communication is timely and thoughtful. She is a wealth of knowledge and continued to assist us even after her role was complete. We will always seek out Susan's input and skills from now on. (March 16, 2023, 1:21 pm)After meeting with other attorneys, I selected Susan because she listened carefully and responded based on my family’s unique needs rather than from a scripted protocol. Throughout the process she was accessible, professional, and sensitive to my mother's concerns. As a result, her efforts have greatly enhanced our ability to care for our mother and simplified our financial operations. It is not easy to win respect and adoration from my mother; I plan on returning soon to build a Trust for my minor son.
