St Mary of Egypt Orthodox Church

A piece of heaven on earth. Fr. John, Fr. Gabriel, and Fr. Alexander are all wonderful. Same for the brotherhood there. They are all very special people. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is one of the most beautiful Orthodox churches in our area. The clergy are so warm and welcoming and the iconography is so beautiful. A great and holy place for contemplation and prayer.

Not only can you feel the palpable presence of God, but it felt like I had finally come home. After being a Protestant for over 30 years I finally see that the power of God can not only heal me an in the Orthodox church, but He wants to!! Glory to God!!

We travel nearly 100 miles to come here to participate in The Divine Liturgy as often as possible. This is Sacred Space. This is Holiness. Been visiting for nearly five years. No other Orthodox Church I know of is at this level of real. Good serious Christian people. A sense of the gravity, of the seriousness of our situation as people in this world and yet trying not to be “of the world” is sensed from the moment you walk in. Even before walking in you feel the weight of the Glory of God. All the priests are beautiful souls and Fr. Alexander especially gives off an aroma of our beloved Savior Jesus. So thankful that this Orthodox Temple exists, just wish we were closer☦️

I fell in love with St. Mary's immediately. The clergy are kind, wise, dearly precious people, the Church building itself is breathtaking and inspires a sense of holy awe and reverence, the choir is absolutely heavenly, and the people take their faith very, very seriously. If, God forbid, my own spiritual father moved to Timbuktoo and I couldn't get to services at his parish, LOL, this would be my home in a heartbeat, I just know it.
