Ok customer service. Polite and will answer all your questions, but no smiles. Prices are reasonable to be a dealer mechanic shop. There were a few freebies like a quick exterior carwash and an advertised disinfection service. There's no way for me to really tell if they actually did the disinfection service, but I'm assuming it was done

Mr. Lee provided wonderful customer service by making me feel welcomed and consistently communicating the various updates for the services I needed. Getting your car serviced can be an intimidating experience, especially when you don’t know much about how vehicles operate internally. However, every question I had, he answered with clarity to set my mind at ease.
