I’ve been going here for a couple of months now and I enjoy it. It’s a small facility with the same familiar faces every time so I don’t feel like I’m giving my information to a new set of strangers every visit. They’re straightforward and very helpful.

Don’t let the bad reviews steer you away. In general it’s very rare that people report the good expirence that they have with places. They only feel compelled to leave a review if they had a bad expirence, which are bound to happen every now and then becuase companies are run by humans that sometimes make mistakes, and not robots. Just think about it, how many times have you visited Burger King, gotten your order made correctly, in a quick and timely manner, and went on google or yelp and left a positive review? I visited here as a new patient looking to have an iud placed in. I just turned 18 and am learning how to do things on my own and the staff was very patient and helpful with scheduling and paperwork and just advice in general. When I went there to have my consultation and appointment I was nervous because it was my first appt with a gynecologist and the nurses were all nice and understanding. The day of my insertion I was extremely nervous and the tall dark skinned nurse (I don’t know her name) was very helpful and helped me calm down by telling me her expirence with an iud and joking with me. Dr.McDonald was also very professional and guided me though the whole process and explained she was doing which also helped. If I wasn’t away at school I’d definitely go back. I 300% reccomend this place to everyone. (btw I’m pasting this on both of the options for this place)
