“The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any retail store I've been to in a long time! I am a beginner hiker and wanted to get some supplies for an upcoming trip. My first visit I went to get boots and I was helped by Jen. She said she only recently started in the shoe department but she taught me so much about picking the right hiking boot. Approximately a week later I came back and Chris in the backpack department gave me a thorough walkthrough.
