“Had a great experience today at this branch. From the moment I walked in, my daughter and I were greeted. I had assistance quickly locating the book I needed and the nice librarian also provided two other recommendations in the same category which I later checked out. The Branch Manager Mrs. Watson also went the distance to assist me. Wonderful and courteous team at this branch.”

“One of the best libraries I have been to in Georgia. Everything neatly arranged and very clean. The library manager Ellen is a treat to talk to and we can purchase old books at just 1$.”

“This was my first time visiting the library. The facility was used for weekend voting. Though I was there for that, I also noticed how clean and well kept the library was as well. Location was great and parking lot was a good size.”

“I visited this location on 10-6-22..There was a gentleman at the desk when I arrived. I spoke, but did not hear him respond. I spoke again and he barely raised his voice. I later returned to the desk & a lady was there. I explained that I was having a problem logging in, she gave me another pass, I returned to enter my library I'd #, but still not able to log in. She comes over & enter the # of the temporary pass that was given to me. I said I was entering my library I'd # in, she gets smart & says, you got to enter a # in for it to work. I explained, I would have, had I been given instructions, I thought that my I'd # was the # to be used. The staff gave me the impression that they did not feel like working today. The customer services was not the friendly experience I was expecting to received from a librarian. I wanted to give a rating of a (3) but gave them the benefit of the doubt with a (4) instead.”

“I lived near the marketplace for five years and I've never been to this library. I actually visited this library to vote but the only thing I didn't like was it was a lot of people and I was in line for almost four hours. The library was actually closed because of the pandemic but when I went inside it was kind of nice. Wish I had visited when I lived in the area”

“Great place to study as a college student. You basically check out a room and you get a nice quite space with a very pretty view. Only down side is that every hour or so you have to re-check out the room as to let other people use it, but because of the lack of people who go to the library, there is never really a reason to do so”

“Best library in the city! The staff can be a little country/hood, but the service and programming they provide is impeccable! So grateful they've brought the following to an underprivileged community - Chess club, robotics, puppet shows, United Way's "Learning Spaces" pre-school class, free summer lunches, back-to-school giveaways, and regularly scheduled Wednesday 11am story time. We just love it!”
