My RV engine started to misfire while passing through Calhoun on a road trip on Thanksgiving Day. I called Josh after reading the good reviews on Google. I was not disappointed. Not only did he answer the phone on Thanksgiving, he told me I could camp with the RV in his parking lot if I needed to and he would meet me first thing in the morning. He did meet me, quickly diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. If it had to happen, I’m so glad it happened near Simpson Reliable. He and all his guys were great. Highly recommend their services!

Traveling from TN to FL had my car overheating and not drivable on I-75. Called Josh after hours because of all the great reviews and he Answered! He recommended a tow truck and the next morning had the car at his place, he diagnosed within an hour. It’s great that they were able to prioritize my car a bit seeing as I was stranded. They gave me a quote that was only surpassed by the professionalism and quality that Josh and his team gave me. Wish I lived closer to give them all my business!

My car broke down while driving from Virginia to Georgia to see my daughter and grandson that was just born..I called Simpson Reliable automotive because they had the best reviews. I spoke with Josh and he told me to have it towed there and he'll get to it first thing in the morning. There was no hassle, my car was back on the road in a week, the very hard to find part for my Mercedes was the only hold up. The guys are so awesome and the best at what they do. The price was very reasonable and they are very honest, hard workers. I would highly recommend this auto shop over any other. Josh even checked in with me a day after i picked up my car, to make sure it got me back to Virginia with no issues..wich absolutely it did! Runs like a brand new car now! I cant say enough about the great service I received and the excellent price and value of my experience. I'm so grateful for finding the best mechanics around.

As we passed through Calhoun, we stopped for a restroom break, and our van would not start back up. After waiting more than 1.5 hours for AAA (which never showed up), we contacted Simpson Reliable Auto because they were listed as open until 7 p.m. Not only did Josh and his mechanic show up where we were to see if they could start up the van to get it to the shop -- they also handled replacing the starter within an hour to get us on our way. The price for the tow they recommended was only $60, and their charge for the starter replacement was only $382. They were so kind, so personable, and went out of their way to help out-of-towners. Thank you, Josh. We've been singing your praises to everyone who will listen.

Cannot say enough nice things about Josh and his staff. I had my catalytic converter stolen in Chattanooga TN during a drive home to FL. Called Josh and he was happy to help me and weld a straight pipe on so we could drive without getting dying from the exhaust fumes. They got the car in quickly and got me back out on the road with no issues and a reasonable price for the fix. I really appreciate how kind and efficient he and his staff were.
