Extremely quick shipping with quality packaging. I had an issue, contacted the owner and he walked me through diagnosing the fix. A replacement was shipped the same day. I received it the next business day then installed it. The Bullet Brake works perfectly on my 2019 Goldwing Trike. I highly recommend this company and product.

I live in Switzerland and purchased bullet brake from a local dealer. The product was defective (...it happens even to the best companies...) and I decided to contact the manufacturer directly. I then wrote to Mark and explained the problem. Mark without any discussion sent me a new part at his own expense, directly to my home in Switzerland.
This is truly customer service that should be an example to all companies.

Prior to ordering, I sent an email to confirm the part number. Mark answered it within hours. Ordered the product, and after installation results were not as expected. Left Mark a VOX and he texted me later that evening. He and I talked on the phone, and he offered a suggestion, which I tried the following morning and it worked as advertised. Since I'm local he had even offered to come over and take a look if necessary. I'm ordering a second one for my other bike. Great product, FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

If you need a parking brake for your motorcycle, get one of these. Incredibly simple and effective. No parts to stretch, wear, adjust, or replace. I used it as a replacement for the stock OEM setup on a Honda NC750X DCT after I added a left-hand rear brake lever. It's definitely worth the price.
