“Every teacher a Yoga in Daily Life has been welcoming, accommodating and most importantly full of wisdom to share! A range of classes are offered for skill levels, as well as in studio or virtual. So far I've only attended a handful of classes but today- my body moved in a way that it hasn't moved in years!
