I was in chaos when my desktop was gone long time ago. And they just fixed it in 20 minutes with deep relaxed face :)
I expected it would cost $200 but only $40 including labor. I am so grateful ☆☆☆☆ I will come back whenever I have issues with computers :)

I cannot say enough about the fine quality of the refurbished Dell Computer I purchased from JSM Computer Solutions, LLC. And this is a family business that really cares about their customer's satisfaction. I don't know whether they sell direct -- I bought my computer from them as a certified Amazon company. And now I'm going to Amazon to leave JSN 5 stars there.
