Peachtree Immediate Care - Buford

It was a long wait to get X-rays! The x-ray technician was very caring and super nice! Her name started with a “B”
The receptionist is not friendly at all! I don’t think she wanted to be at work. The nurses were caring and friendly!

Great experience. I had a run in with a male traveling nurse some years ago at this facility. When I had to go this month I admit I had some unresolved trauma but was taken care of by the female staff. I had to return the next day for my results and provide some additional documentation and again the staff was truly amazing.

This visit was my fourth time here. I have always received great customer service from the front receptionist to the MD. I always schedule my appointments ahead of time via online and I’m usually seen fairly quickly. My visit with the MD is usually quick, but it is urgent care. The MD is not your regular PCP. And they were available to answer questions that I had afterwards.

Everyone here from the front desk to the provider was very kind. The wait time was reasonable and they followed up with me and made changes to my medicine when it was needed. I would highly recommend this office. It’s comforting to know there is a place to go after hours where people seem to care.
