I've been using Joey Watkins on Braselton Highway for almost 20 years. They do great work in as timely a fashion as possible. Nobody is perfect, but if they make a mistake, they'll own it and make it right. The cost less than other folks and delivery as good or better parts and service.

Deserving of 5 stars for quality of service. They are always so busy its tough to get in without a long wait. Just a consequence of a honest and good automotive business. Highly recommended.

I thought I needed an alignment, after having new tires installed, it turned out, I didn’t need one. They’re very honest and professional. My computer was acting up and they looked at it, at no charge. I also had them do an emission test. I went early in the afternoon and it didn’t take long. I’m very happy and satisfied. I will definitely go back.

We have a family account that started off with my wife’s father and we moved into the area more then a year ago. They currently work on 6 of our families vehicles. They try their best to get you back on the road in a quick amount of time, always good pricing, always informative on the necessary repairs, but this last visit really did surprise me. When it came time to replace my wife’s A/C system they worked with me on the price by giving me some discounts and it ended up being $450 cheaper for the exact same repair! Also, I never feel like they’re pressuring me into a repair or even overselling me like the other two shops close by. I know they are normally pretty busy with their wait time but it sure is worth it!
In addition to all that, the people working the front counter are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. There’s one associate named Katelyn and she’s my go-to tire salesgirl! If you’re looking for tires I would ask for her because she will give you multiple different quotes to make sure you get the best suited tires for your driving habits and your wallet. She answer all of my questions and that put me at ease at how much tires have gone up in pricing since the last set. My 16 year old daughter also loved her because she’s been wanting to get into the automotive field and it’s nice seeing a women behind a local shop!
Lastly, the whole staff is professional, knowledgeable, informative, and courteous. You won’t leave out of here thinking there’s things wrong with your cars when their isn’t. It’s nice to finally have a shop that seems to respect your business instead of the one across the highway that acts like they’re doing you a favor. They don’t skip over anything at this store but they just aren’t going to scam you. They are mechanics, not salesman!!

Cannot say enough about these guys. Scheduled an appointment and dropped off the blazer today to get the master cylinder booster assembly put on I've had for months now and just not had time to do it. While there I asked them to just do all the rear brakes because I thought that's what it needed as well, A technician by the name of Red chose honesty and integrity over greed and making his flat rate hours like so many guys i have worked with over the years unfortunately. He called me today and told me I did not need the brakes it was just the the master cylinder booster assembly and due to the LS swap I need a vacuum pump. This guy could have easily taken me for 7 or 800 bucks probably. Because of employees like this, Joey Watkins has earned my respect and business to deal with an independent shop of which I rarely have over my 25 years of automotive dealership world. I also picked up a sweet like new 22" tire for my kids tire swing as well. Thank you again Red!!!
