All the ladies at the bank are super nice . We paid a loan off they have been wonderful to work with . Making a customer happy into days time can be difficult she made it very easy . Having a person understanding what they need and taking care of the situation is excellent customer service

I showed up and even though it was very busy inside, Ricardo helped get it done quickly while he juggled other people.

First met with Ricardo, then Becky when I had some additional questions over the phone and finally Mishelle was the person who handled the process. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. My personal unsecured loan was approved in about 4 days.
