I have been taking Pilates reformer semi-private lessons with Kelly at Mermaid Pilates since she opened her doors in September. The changes in my physical strength have been so exciting to witness. Kelly is very intuitive and supportive to her clients’ needs, their weaknesses and strengths. The studio is gorgeous, with every detail thought of! Highly recommend Mermaid Pilates!
Love Mermaid Pilates. Every time a leave I feel amazing. I feel taller, stronger and grounded. Mermaid Pilates is the nicest gym/workout place I have ever been to. It feels like a Spa at the beach. The Pilates instructor is wonderful. She can tell when I’m fatigued or hurt and can work on the specific area the strength it. The individual attention is just what I needed. Could not be happier.
