Chuck Efstration and The Efstration Law Firm represented me in my contested and extremely contentious divorce and child custody case throughout most of 2023.

I’m not ashamed to say that my case was very complex - for reasons that I choose not to share. Generally speaking, I was blindsided with divorce papers from my husband in early January. In addition to that, subsequent actions and financial decisions made a bad situation even worse for the kids and me. My situation was desperate - I was trying to protect my children and get them out of an extremely toxic environment all while trying not to break down in front of them.

I am so thankful that Chuck was able to take on my case. Within a week of retaining him, he had secured an emergency hearing to address the aforementioned issues among other things. He was well-prepared and brilliant in the courtroom. His guidance and suggestions were crucial in my success on the stand. He was well balanced and poised when under pressure. All of those qualities attributed to our success at the emergency hearing.

As our case progressed, Chuck fought for my children. He fought for me. He fought for our safety and future. Nothing I can write will be able to adequately express how grateful I am for everything the Efstration Law Firm did for my family. I promise to pay it forward.

As I sit here tonight with my 3 children snuggled up next to me, I am reminded of just how differently things could have turned out. Today, Chuck and his team helped me reach the end of this journey. Our case is over. I could not have asked for a better outcome. My children and I will wake up tomorrow and a new chapter begins. A fresh start.

I hired Chuck as my attorney as the defendant on a child support modification. This was my 4th round in court, over 14 years... 4 cases, 4 different attorneys. Dealing with anything legal is very scary. You never know what you’re getting yourself into. I know a couple people that have dealt with attorneys and they have never had anything good to say about them.
