I went to the Audi Gwinnett location in Duluth for my 20,000 mile oil change on 6/7/2023 and this hands-down was the best service visit I’ve ever had for any of my vehicles. My appointment was at 10AM but I arrived about 30 minutes early and was still properly greeted and assisted quickly. There were already a few people ahead of me so after taking my information, I was offered a courtesy ride home and a courtesy ride back to the dealership once my service was completed. Not sure if this is standard but I appreciated it. I was already prepared to stay up there about three hours but how could I refuse the courtesy ride back home so that I could take care of other important errands while waiting on my car to be serviced. Once they finished, I was sent a video by the service mechanic detailing everything that was done to my car including recommendations on services I should plan for in the future. The video was very helpful and informative. They also offered me a courtesy, basic car wash and vacuum of my vehicle which was a very nice gesture. Again, hands-down, the best dealership service I’ve ever had and it was the smoothest appointment ever. I mentioned my great experience to several of my family members. I will return to this location again.
