The biscuits are flaky, fried chicken is well seasoned, and the bacon was crunchy. I absolutely loved it! If you can't tell, I ordered the Sticky Maple. So delicious. I can't wait to go back.
I wish they would've had two people on the registers instead of one because the line was moving kind of slow. However, when I got my food...it was totally worth it.
Great atmosphere with communal tables. I can't wait to come back with my family, as I know they would enjoy the experience as well. Worth the money and the calories!
The foundation to a good biscuit sandwich (whatever you put in it) is how good the biscuit itself is. Duh! And this place gets that. The biscuit was super good. I got the plain biscuit with sausage egg cheese… the sausage wasn’t anything to rave about…. The egg was good but i thought it’s a little weird that the cheese was in the egg (rather than just coming as a slice of cheese), but I still give 5 stars because the biscuit was super good, and prices are reasonable.
First time here. Very popular and busy during Saturday brunch, but when is the best time for brunch biscuit? Saturday brunch time 😆. Can't avoid the crowd. It was delicious and the person that took our order was kind and patient. Their biscuits are good, but they have plenty of other things on the menu, I would like to try other things if I go back.
Maple Street, located in downtown Duluth, is a breakfast restaurant that offers a unique and exceptional dining experience. The waffles served here are unlike any I have ever tasted before. Move over IHOP and Waffle House, because Maple Street is the new sheriff in town .
Maple Street is a must-visit for anyone in search of extraordinary waffles. The combination of unique flavors, perfect texture, and exceptional taste sets this breakfast restaurant apart from the rest. Don't miss out on the opportunity to indulge in these mouthwatering waffles at Maple Street.
This is a fantastic place to get breakfast, brunch, or lunch.
The food portions are generous at a reasonable price. I paid approximately $15 for a Risky Biscuit (biscuit & gravy), Crispy Potatoes, and Maple Tap coffee (you help yourself and refill as much as you want). Everything is ordered as individual dishes, so you can get more or less. The menu has an eclectic offering. All of it was delicious, although the gravy does have a very strong pepper bite compared to the usual country gravy I'm used to.
The atmosphere and decor remind me of coffee shops I'd go to when I lived in west GA. It's perfect. The only downside I encountered was a boisterous group of young people, and the hard interior with a high ceiling let the sound travel. So, be prepared to hear conversation and laughter at an almost full volume. I was there around 11am. An earlier crowd might be different.
For a quirky, personal touch, they have a question of the day. On my visit, it was "If you could have brunch with anyone, who would it be?" The response given is the name they call out when the food's ready. It was amusing to hear the guy call out "Richard Branson!"
I highly recommend you spend your money here rather than McDonald's or the like. The food is much better, and it was ready in about as much time as one would wait at fast food -- if not quicker.
