What can I say? My State Farm Agent ROCKS!!!! Period. I don't usually like having to call and talk to people when I need to make changes to my policy (I work on the phone all day) BUT the Brent Troyer State Farm Office makes me forget about all of that if I need to call them. They are always pleasant, professional, extremely helpful, patient, and responsive! If you aren't happy with your State Farm Agent or your current insurance carrier, please call The Brent Troyer Agency. You won't be disappointed. (Yes, I am a real customer and I did NOT get paid to write this review. I have both Auto and Renters insurance with them.)

Alyssa was very helpful and knowledgeable when helping to get me the most complete coverage for the best value. She was able to sit down with me and answer all my questions. I would highly recommend taking the time to get a quote or just call to get some questions answered from a professional.

They are responsive to various inquires and have called me to share ideas on how to reduce my premiums which I appreciate! Also, recently called me to let me know that an upcoming renewal would be at a premiun reduction due to Covid.

Paige is awesome, and the State Farm agents have really been empathetic and responsive throughout this pandemic. It's nice knowing that the quality of customer service doesn't change when you've fallen on hard times. Many thanks, and highly recommend.
