Bridgewater Apartments

My experience was totally awesome! The leasing consultant Jaquan was absolutely amazing and so friendly! The apartments are also beautiful, 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Clean, new improvements, there is a new office staff and they are always professional when I go in. I went in to pay my rent our yesterday, very pleasant office snd I even got to meet the new property manager. She was warm and even gave my toddler a snack. Hopefully this staff stays as it was a delight to meet them all. Can’t wait until the resident appreciation night!

I moved in 9/10 and haven’t had any issues. The community is nice with a walking trail, and trees throughout. It’s quiet, peaceful and I love the space my apt has. I was helped and they even made small changes I asked for, like a different shower rod, simple. I’m not trying to own the apt, maybe the other reviewers are, maybe become a homeowner and have no one above you. I know there’s only so much the company can do about certain things and this is at any apt complex. My appliances are new, carpet, paint, etc. for the price and this area, I’m happy.

I’ve been living at Bridgewater for over 2 years and I’ve never experienced what I’m reading in the reviews below. My guess is that some people just need to purchase a home. Guess they expect their neighbors to be put out over noise. Anyway, yes the office staff has changed since I’ve been here. But when I asked where they were, I was pleased to find out they were still with the company. The current staff are always willing to help me, but I don’t go in there acting all hood or yelling. I would say move if you’re that unhappy…you’re the problem and probably the ones throwing trash on the ground. Simple fix. Again, my experience has been good. I had a maintenance issue that was done within 24 hours. I met the new staff at the open house we had. Very nice, great energy. I’m looking forward to the upcoming improvements. T.Franklin
