Amazing concept. Great experience and food

Great atmosphere , prompt service, and really fresh food. I was very pleased with my experience we need one in North Carolina.

First time, our waitress didn’t really explain the process but we caught on pretty quick. Some reviews talk about the lack of service but you’re literally going to a self-serving conveyor belt, what else do you expect?? Anywho, each person gets their own mini hot pot and you just add in whatever you want off the conveyor belt. We asked to keep the paper menu for reference because they have the prices of each colored plate on there but descriptions of the plates on the belt tell you a price as well. There are control panels for how you want your pot to boil with settings from auto to manual with 1-5 levels of heat and it’s very simple. Large variety of items on the belt. The sauce bar has a wide range of items to make the perfect dip too. We didn’t order special drinks but if you do they are huge! Overall, good food and cool experience.

Edit: Hands down the best hot pot I’ve had, low key obsessed with the chicken broth and the drinks! Thai tea is so good and the iced coffee is amazinggg. My bf and I have been coming nonstop since then and we haven’t gotten tired of it at all

Gonna have to 5 star this one. We have been passing this place alot and finally decided to try it. We normally do our own HP and honestly after coming here even if it cost a little more its worth it. We eat conveyer belt sushi in Seattle everytime we go and this is kind of the same concept. The people were nice to us and the food was delicious.

Fun, delicious and healthy outing with friends. The vegetables broth has a clear lemongrass taste and the chicken broth gosh! So full of flavor. If you're in the area give it a try...you won't regret it
