Farmers Insurance - Tracey Wells

Great communication. Fast responses. They are personable and professional and work hard to meet client needs. Years ago, before this mostly remote times for our initial meeting Mr. Wells met me at location in between my work and home due to my crazy work schedule. That showed how dedicated he was to his clients. I definitely recommend this agency to anyone with insurance needs. You guys are doing a great job!

These guys go WAY over and beyond what you might expect from a typical insurance agent! They really know their stuff and always make certain that the coverages match the client's needs. There is always a conversation about the pros and cons of this policy versus that one or this clause or that...which would probably never even occur to me to consider on my own, but so appreciated. Been working with Tracey since 2017 and he has definitely gone beyond expectations. Very flexible and trustworthy. In the past with other insurance companies I had to actively go to them for any discounts I'm eligible for. Tracey actually called us and said I looked at your policies and if I do this and that, I can save you several hundred dollars and we did. Also likes how he calls you back same day if you need him. Highly recommend.
