Everyone is so nice and welcoming and Coach Justin is amazing, he really takes the time with each member to make sure they are doing the correct form and comfortable with the movements we are doing. If your thinking of trying it out… Just do it, you won’t regret it!
(July 2, 2022, 7:28 pm)Clean modern equipment. Great coaches that will challenge you to achieve your goals and help adapt workouts when needed. Supportive and diverse members from all walks of life will make anyone from newcomers to advanced athletes feel comfortable.
(June 30, 2022, 7:46 pm)I've been a member since 2017 and just love our Box! They have trained and certified Coaches. They will work around any of your injuries or disabilities you have. What I also love is that any movement can be scaled! Workouts are posted the night before, so you will know what to expect upon your arrival.
