I love this place! Becca is the BEST with kids. I would give her 100 stars if I could. My kids can read and play games while I work. Plus, the entire staff is super friendly.

This library is such a treasure for the community. We have gotten our passports here, cooking classes, language classes, chess club, coding class, STEM nite and so much more in the past year. Of course there are the books and other numerous online resources here too. Reynolds that has been running many of the afterschool classes for the kids has boundless patience, enthusiasm, and knowledge to share with the children and is such a resource for this library. We really appreciate his dedication and the kindness as well as all of the staff working here!

I learned today that a visitors pass cost a 1.00 NEVA in the 18+ years I have lived in Gwinnett have I ever heard of that. OF course I need a supervisor after she asked do she need to get him. Now Mr. Reynolds the manager gave it to me for free because he said he would tell by the look on my face it was all new. Love him for that. He asked me where I frequent most I advised Lawrenceville. Let me tell yall. Mr. Reynolds....OVA and BEYOND. He later seen me struggling to print at the "reservation for computer" clearly the wrong place. Stayed with me until I got my copies and I moved the money to the wrong account which I showed him and he seen I had money taking a long time to load. He covered the 2.40 for me. I adore this customer service. I will be calling tomorrow to advise someone of his service!!! I have been going to.the library 4 ever and never have I been treated like this. He was kind patient helpful and informative. I got to get my personal card back so I can stop bothering these people.❤️❤️❤️

The attendants that attended to me were very cordial and helpful. Though the internet services here were very slow, I couldn't complete my work
