  I’ve been a resident for a few months and so far I’m really enjoying the community. Communication has been great. Nicole has been amazing from helping with the application process to any maintenance concerns. With fast response time and a genuine consideration for my concerns I’m glad I chose this community.

  Buren and Adonis installed a nice new washer after our old one was experiencing problems. They responded to our maintenance request immediately, they were communicating with us regularly on when the washer would be delivered then installed. They installed it with a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and with the utmost professionalism. Easily the best group of gents with the best quality of service I’ve experienced at any complex.

  I want to give a special thank you to Nicole Eckie for being super professional and knowledgeable. For starters I came in on a Sunday and they were already booked, however Nicole went the extra mile and squeezed me in anyways. Even though I did not go with these apartments due to my personal budget for apartment shopping, I would hands do recommend these apartments just on her customer service alone. You are amazing! When it comes to finding a place to call home “ Who you deal with in the rent office “ plays a major role. Thank you Nicole !

  I used to think highly of the maintenance team here, but I have been having issues with my AC unit over the past few months. They come and “fix” it but the issue is still there. It is currently 82 degrees in my apartment which is inhumane given the warm weather outside currently. I put in another service request today and they said it was completed, but it was NOT! I have called the emergency line, so hopefully someone can come out soon to look at it, but my dog and I have to go to my mother’s house and stay where it is cool. That is so unfortunate and inconvenient for me.
  
  Update:
  Thank you Arman (spell check) and Adonis for working so hard on replacing the compressor in my apartment. The issue with the AC in my unit has been resolved. I know who to ask for when I need something done with excellence and in a timely manner. Arman also communicated with me throughout the entire process and even called after replacing the compressor to make sure I was satisfied. Again thank you both and thank you Aga for also reaching out and communicating with me as well.
