John and his entire team were fantastic from start to finish. We refinished the floors in our new home, as well as changed out some spindles on the staircase. The original floors were hand scraped and I know it wasn’t an easy job to tackle. They turned out so beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! John was a great communicator which is so important to me, and you can tell he knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!!

Staff is really nice. Unfortunately, our store isn’t carrying the products that is being shown available online. If an employee is putting back products (which is fine) they should have a cap on the amount. I’m sure policy covers this. Hopefully someone from corporate will see this review and make certain they understand customers come first.
