  I love Dr.Tracy Murray in the Lawrenceville office. She is wonderful , caring , very kind & sociable knows how to treat her patients. I have been seen her the past three years. Thanks God I saw a lot of improvements in my health.

  Southeast Medical Group is a great healthcare provider that I recently visited. The process of setting an appointment was effortless, thanks to my Cigna app, where I selected to see Joane Buteau, PA-C. However, I did receive appointment reminders every day, which I found to be an annoyance, but I can see how it would be helpful for others. Surprisingly, I did not receive a reminder on the day of my appointment. The office environment was clean and professional, with a modern vibe that sets it apart from other medical offices. The waiting area lighting was not too bright and was very comfortable. The front desk staff did not have much interaction with me, but they were efficient and professional.
  
  As for the wait time, I arrived ten minutes early just in case there were other forms to fill out. The text reminders kept prompting me to fill out the forms multiple times, which was frustrating. The assistant staff, Lynnae, was very friendly, calming, and attentive to my needs. She took my vitals and listened to everything I had to say without rushing me. Joane Buteau, the medical staff who saw me, was very calm and had a great aura. She listened to everything I had to say and examined me gently, making me feel comfortable. She recommended a specialist for further examination.
  
  When it was time to leave, the outtake staff was sweet and gave me the good news that I did not have to pay a co-pay. Overall, Southeast Medical Group is a great healthcare provider with excellent staff and a cozy office environment. However, the frequency and language of their text messages could be improved to make it easier for clients to navigate ensure that they have done the needed. I would definitely recommend this provider, especially if you live in the Lawrenceville area. Joane Buteau will handle your medical needs with care and comfort, making it feel like you are being taken care of by an angel from the clouds.
