PDI Kitchen, Bath & Lighting Showroom

We have used the PDI Lawrenceville showroom for kitchen, bath, and lighting products for our extensive home renovation. They are head and shoulders above their competitors in the Atlanta area in terms of customer service, professional advice, and discussing design, installation and use of the products they carry. Over 6 months of visits to select faucets, sinks, shower fixtures and other kitchen and bath hardware, drains, fans, and lights, we worked with 3 different salespersons. Every one of them was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They went out of their way to answer every question we had and anticipated some we needed to ask but didn’t know that.
After we ordered a number of items, one shipment was damaged in transit to their store. Despite it not being their fault, recognizing the inconvenience to us, they compensated us for the delay. Truly extraordinary customer service. We especially want to recognize Tawney Patterson for being so helpful and professional.

Great people. Really helpful. They were able to help my little Butters(pet cat) get unstuck from the toilet bowl. She likes to try and cleanup but went a little to far this time. Thanks PDI

We came into the Lawrenceville showroom with a real problem on our hands. Our 20 year old Kohler fixture seized up and was beyond repair. All we thought it needed was new gaskets. Boy, were we wrong!
The receptionist put us with Brittany Yeager and she turned out to be our Angel. Brittany found the replacement four hole kitchen faucet AND delivered it to us the next day. What fantastic service!!!
Brittany's extensive knowledge of all product lines and her professional handling of our needs found us a Delta Victorian Pilar kitchen faucet Model 2256-DST that exceeded our expectations. It was just what we wanted and needed.

Our experience has been wonderful. Arica was great, and helped us pick out a brown Elkay Quartz Luxe sink for our kitchen. We wanted a dark color, but were very concerned that it not show dried water droplets, and that it would look good without constant cleaning and wiping down. It has been amazing. It always looks great, and with very little care. The large single bowl sink has been great for pots and pans. We are very happy with our purchase and will continue to go back!
