  My husband I arrived home on the evening of 8-26 around 8pm and immediately noticed our home was unusually warm. I checked the thermostat and realized the unit was off-line. The error message read there was no power to the unit. We called several companies that advertise they are 24 hours and not one of the could or would provide emergency service. We have a 17 month old daughter who was quite hot and fussy, so you can imagine our urgency to get our AC working asap. As we continued to search for a technician my husband came across Americool. Mr. Johnny immediately answered. My husband explained what was going on and Mr. Johnny asked several questions in an effort to provide a few reasons as to why there was no power to the unit. Mr Johnny arrived at home around 9:45pm to access the unit. Not only was he able to pinpoint the exact cause of the outage he was able to repair the unit. Mr. Johnny provided exceptional service. He’s extremely knowledgeable and honest. We are forever grateful for Mr. Johnny and Americool and we will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.   I had an AC emergency and Americool was the only company I called that didn’t give me a wait time of at least a few days. Our Technician, Johnny, was at our house within 2 hours. He was very professional and straight forward with a lot of experience in HVAC. The problem was addressed and fixed at a reasonable cost. I will likely never use anyone other than Americool again.

  Professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in customer service! Our A/C went out. It is an older unit and we were anticipating the need to replace the entire system. Johnny was able to repair the existing unit instead of upselling a replacement, as many service companies would have attempted, and even offered a discount! I would highly recommend Americool and will definitely use them for any future repairs.

  Johnny was awesome! Good humor, wisdom and lots of experience (35+ years in business). He came quickly (actually earlier than originally estimated), was efficient, kind and charged only service call as only issue was breaker tripped for unknown reason that can happen at times-according to Johnny. I have done lots of construction work and been around many subs and know the good from the bad. Johnny is definitely a good one. Don't hesitate to give him a call.
